The Tour Itinerary:
The tour starts from Wadi Rum village (Meeting point). The first place we will visit is the Nabatean Temple, which was dedicated to Allat, the Arabic equivalent of the Greek goddess Athena. The next stop is Lawrence’s Spring, a natural spring in the mountains. Bedouins used channels and pipes to get water for themselves and their animals – camels and sheep. Later, you will get the chance to try out sandboarding – the best sport in the desert – or play around on the dunes. At last, we will arrive at the Khazali Canyon, where you will explore ancient inscriptions and 2000-year-old drawings on the walls. After that, we will take you to the Little Bridge, which you can climb easily and from the top take amazing photos of the landscape. Then you will go to the Um Frouth Rock Bridge and climb up to the top. The next location will be Lawrence’s house, an old house that was built during the Arabic revolt. The closing attraction is Anfashieh Inscriptions, ancient carvings on a rock formation. Finally, we will drive back to the starting point.
